Team Coaching
Members of high functioning teams have a solid, deep trust in each other, in the team’s purpose, and freely express feelings and ideas. Everyone works toward the same goals, and are clear on their role in achieving those objectives. They understand their own and other's expectations and work together to diffuse tension. They create an engaging, relaxed and fully collaborative environment that facilitates effective decisions, encourages debate and disagreement, and supports open, frequent constructive feedback.
If your team is not yet working to its fullest, Telosity can partner with you to move forward.
Group Coaching
This approach brings the coaching conversation to a small group to benefit from the discussion and learn from each other. Facilitated sessions focus on problem solving, goal setting, deepening awareness around key issues, taking action, and accountability. By sharing common interests, vocations, objectives, or topics, group coaching can work for small business owners, those exploring work-life issues, or groups within an organization. Custom programs are available, usually four to six week sessions with up to 15 participants.
